Highly likely that this is James Edward FORD 1820 Settler, who tried his hand at farming in the Eastern Cape and when that failed, he moved to Cape Town and made a living as a miniature painter. He died there in 1840.

The farm previously belonged to the MEYBOOM family 1717-1738.
Could it be members of the MEYBOOM family? All the grave were very sturdy; with a couple of childrens graves!

Grafte by Kerk
Die grafte is redelik verwaarloos! Foto's is geneem van al die grafte wat stene op gehad het! Daar is egter baie onopgemaakte grafte!
