FORD James

FORD James

Highly likely that this is James Edward FORD 1820 Settler, who tried his hand at farming in the Eastern Cape and when that failed, he moved to Cape Town and made a living as a miniature painter. He died there in 1840.

TOIT Daniel Matthys, du 1812-1892 & Catharina Wilhelmina BASSON 1813-1897
